Madras lentils Tasty Bite @ Costco (room temperature)
Viswas Parrippuvada (lentil) frozen item from Patel Brothers
I like Deep frozen paranthas, naan, samosa, dahi bhalla. Nanak - Veggie burger patties, Dahi kabab, Ras Malai, Haldiram Paneer. You can get all of these from Patel.
Patel - haldiram mini samosas, nanak ras malai
Trader Joe’s - palak paneer, biriyani, basically any of their frozen Indian entrees are pretty good and higher quality than what I think you can get from Indian brands (i.e., Lakshmi, deep, etc.)
Petite Peas from TJs — all Matar sabzis turn out so well with this
Frozen methi cubes — drop them in a humble aloo ki sabzi, with some achaar oil and see the magic
TJs: Veggie burgers (these are essentially deep ones but I want to believe there is a quality control of sorts), frozen naan, palak paneer (mine never comes well so we stock these), they have tikka sauce in packages that is essentially a life saver if you want to make panner/chicken or even mutton in a rush and don't have any curry base ready
Costco: Sukhi chicken tikka (you have to temper and add a bit of your own spices but it's a good base for crazy days), parotha, minced chicken in mango chutney (makes for great pita stuffing with lettuce), chicken Kathi roll (18 gm protein for 300 cals, makes for great lunch for adults), idly batter and Gopi paneer.
Oh! We also just got nawala Kathi rolls and these are great when either of us are traveling and just want something quick for dinner or lunch
