Biggest issue is again those at top of band get no pay & prices increase for the highest few years of inflation since the 70’s
Reward should be based on
1. Pay & Prices uplift, which affects all salary points (including band entry and ceiling points)
2. Performance based pay rises to recognise our higher performing talent
3. In-year bonus based on the performance year moderated against peers
I thought it was good albeit a little repetitive.
It was transparent, decisions were explained, they made sense.
Bonuses are good, pay bands could be higher but in fairness I think people would say that no matter what they are.
Below inflation pay rises obviously not ideal, but in the grand scheme of things I’m happy.
who knows the bonus paid to us after tax for SA?
Did anyone get promotion and not get any salary increase?
