Hello RSM coworkers! I am thrilled to be moving to RSM into a Scheduler roll. I just found out yesterday and want to be as prepared as possible in the next steps.
So here are my questions.
How long does the background study take? I'm guessing admin staff have a study that is faster and less complicated than someone in Tax ect.
When training at home what did you need that wasn't supplied by RSM? My home office is well stocked but I want to be as prepared as possible.
Thanks in advance!

I just sleep and block everyone. Maybe hike and just sit.
Also, I journal a TON that helps & try to tap in what I like to do creatively.
In all honestly, when I am burnt out I literally just sleep and shut everyone and everything lol and the best thing I can do is just eat something fun or maybe hike & do a skincare routine.
Journaling is always therapeutic. Self care is great too
Physically burnt or emotionally burnt out? Take a weekend trip somewhere it’s great to be in a different environment when you feel like this.
I find when I’m like that I usually have to be in a very quiet tranquil setting. NATURE is a big one you need to get away from the hustle and bustle, and weekend trips are great for that.
Ocean.
