I’m fearful of the big class sizes and increased numbers of students with 504 plans. That’s a big job as it is, but we are expected to do so much in addition to teaching: multiple PLC curriculum sessions (and other meetings), three times the number of in-person and online PD and expectations for attending games, dances, etc. And that doesn’t even include the threat of school violence, additional state-mandated tutoring requirements for Covid learning loss, and a loss of respect for our profession. It’s untenable beyond the next year or two.

Out of curiosity, if I had a secret clearance but left my previous firm and my new firm does not do any form of public consulting therefore does not utilize my secret clearance, and I am planning to travel abroad; who do I notify? Anyone exited to an integration role in industry? How do you like it? The company I'm talking to is a F500 serial acquirer looking to add some people with integration experience under their corp dev team. Doesn't seem like a PMO role on the surface but have a feeling it will be. Any thoughts?

Quick survey: Do you guys think having a template package to envelope an ML model as an application would be helpful. The package could contain boiler plate template for unit test, docker image, CI/CD, database connectors etc and act as a starting point for doing that. Tech firms usually have that internally but limited options in open source.
