What are the hotel managers in 4 stars and above making? I work in Philly, and I just found out I'm making less than most managers out here on the East Coast do (87K). When I asked for a raise, I got told I'm going to have to move out of Philly for that. Definitely moving out of this hotel soon, but where is everyone else at with their numbers?

I have received an offer from a company and I'm in the second stage of interviews with another company. I am very interested to see if I could make it through for the second company. So can I accept the offer from first company and then if second one also sends an offer then let the first company know I would like to reject? Also i am on H1B visa. Should I be concerned with that?
