What are the skills required to sustain in Pharma/ Healthcare Analytics in the long term?

Currently interviewing for a role at Amazon that is listed as a CW position, but I have direct experience in the product and capabilities this role is seeking, and the hiring manager is moving me forward. What is the likelihood that if I tried to negotiate from a CW to FTE, I would get the position?
