One of TOP MNC (CHUBB) offered me 18 lpa . I got counter offer of 28 lpa from CGI .
Today I called that TOP MNC (CHUBB) same. They asked me to share screenshot - I shared . Now they are asking complete offer letter of CGI but I denied as I feel this is not right to share docs.

I gave my various rounds of interview in Deloitte USI 2 months ago, and since then till last Friday it was showing " interview in progress" on their job portal, HR said earlier that we are interviewing other candidates. I got an offer from Amazon last week and asked Deloitte recruiter to speed up the process, i didn't get any reply on my email but now it's showing " review in progress" on the job portal. What does it mean? Shall I wait for Deloitte offer or take Amazon's offer.

I am going to work as Audit Associate at KPMG in 2023. I am thinking to stay there for more than a year, then make an attempt into banking. I really hate the CPA exams for its soul-crushing elements. I started a full time in-house design job that pays extremely well. I barely have to work at all. This makes me very confused since I kept hearing stories of people working 60+ hr weeks as designers at ad agencies.
