I go to lagree at 5:30pm M-F. Even when I’m dreading it, I end up leaving feeling way better than when I came in. Helps me shake off the funk from a stressful day, get out of my head and into my body.
Making my bed (may not be self care specifically but has helped me feel better about myself). Meditation every morning no. Matter. What. It has completely changed my LIFE . Been doing morning meditation for 2.5 years now and can actually see a difference in my mood and mental health if I don’t 🙃✨
I work out every single day no matter how early I have to get up or how late I have to stay up to get it in, I always get it in. Its the one thing that really helps my mental health too so its important to me.
