Hey guys, Since I am working in Deloitte and right now, I am working from home. I want to go Nepal for 2 months and I want to work from there. Do I need to tell my manager or simply I can go there and start my work. Is there any obligation?
Note- I don't want to tell anyone. Since it may backfire sometimes

Globally? Within a specific region? Any specific metrics?
Yes globally and not to a particular region. The metrics aren’t scientific- it’s more where you enjoy.
Massively broad question. Since I'm in a bit of a troll mood, I'll pick on Texas:
B - tier: Austin - I like Austin, it's pretty fun, but you can get the same + more in Nashville or Denver
C-tier: Dallas, it's just a big city. Sure, foods good, but literally any other major American city has more to offer
D-tier: Houston. It's hot, muggy, traffic stinks, and if I'm going to be on the coast, I want to be able to actually go to the beach.
I’ll go first:
S-tier: Kyoto, Buenos Aires, Istanbul, Barcelona, Copenhagen
A-tier: Tokyo, Stockholm, Madrid, Amsterdam, New York, Toronto
B-tier: Berlin, Vilnius, Paris, Krakow, Sydney, Cusco, Panama City, Osaka, Bogota, Chicago, San Francisco, Mexico City, Seoul, Aarhus DK, Manchester
C-tier: Warsaw, Medellin, Montevideo, Lima, Manila, Willemstad, Gothenburg, Brussels, Antwerp, Bruges, Liverpool
D-tier:Kingston, San Salvador, Bridgetown BAR, Nassau, Port of Spain. (No hate here - I liked all the countries I visited - some here I loved the people/food/vibe and some of these cities I visited multiple times but as a city rank they fell short on things to do or aesthetics)
Granted I haven’t been back in a few years, so post-2020 things may have changed and my opinion may have as well. It’s a pleasant city with a massive underground walkway and a well-functioning environment and friendly people.
Would’ve helped if you had narrowed the parameters of the question. It’s too broad as it stands.
