That’s a top down thing. If you have a toxic coworker or two, that’s not going to take the whole place down unless leadership is also toxic. There will almost always be at least one coworker that’s not great. Leadership allowing it to flourish and spread is the problem.

Now suddenly I got this mail. Still no offer letter.

Feeling grateful & proud as I reached my goal ($50K by 25) 5 months early. But I can’t help feeling a bit overwhelmed. In the lifelong scheme of things, $50K doesn’t seem like much. I worked really hard and sacrificed a lot (including mental health) to get to this but it seems a little tiring knowing I still have so long to go. I recently moved out and in with my BF so my expenses are split, but nonetheless they are still expenses. Any tips on continuing this journey and keeping the drive?

I left capegemini on 4th of Feb and I still haven't got my relieving letter as well as experience letter. Is it wrong that I’m just not into PE/VC? It seems to be the most desirable exit for most people that I work with. The work seems like it’s not a good fit for me but it feels crazy to pass up trying to get that amount of money when there really isn’t a realistic alternative to that amount of wealth (and I do want that amount of wealth).
