What do you do when you have an ugly hueless female boss that’s jealous of you? I inherited her as a boss when I was switched teams due to my entire team being laid off, but fortunately they spared me. I am dealing with micro aggressions daily and I’ve been documenting everything, but I don’t think HR will help. Any advice? Has anyone dealt with this?

So I pulled an all nighter on Monday to do this thing, spend Tuesday like a zombie (and I had 5 calls!!!) then on 6PM the senior reviewing my work came back with comments that I needed to turn “ASAP”. I was so tired I just said I would not because I needed to sleep. I sent them today at 1:30 PM.
Would you get mad if your mid-level/junior did that? I’m all for pulling all-nighters and billing but everything has a limit.

When do you actually start to feel useful in FDD? I've been in FDD for 6 going to 7 months and sometimes I still feel like I'm doing the grunt work non critical thinking.
