A2, what if the Jean shorts are tastefully hemmed?

I’m glad fashion trends are adjusting. TBH my biggest worry is shoes, which I haven’t worn since April. I know some judges who just might go with us on jean shorts but I doubt we’ll get there on bare feet.

What is the T-shirt with suit look? What kind of T-shirt? Tucked or untucked? Dress shoes or sneakers? I have so many questions why even wear a suit at that point? What occasions is this appropriate for?

like

My only dress code instruction was not to wear Jean shorts to court. So my bar sounds lower…

It did make me question a lot of things about the associate I replaced though.

Can you still wear deal sleds with this look?

Only if the jean shorts are hemmed and properly starched.

Wait I’m kinda into this look and do it often. But I do think you have to have a certain vibe to pull it off.

Please who knows about the advisory practice within the PwC financial crime unit (Canada Acceleration Centre)? I understand it is a client non-facing advisory role. Would it be a good career decision for someone coming from GRC firms like Kroll, Control Risk or Exiger? I am concerned about the negative reviews relating to the PwC acceleration centres in general, and getting stuck in a role which does not provide growth opportunities. Thank you.

To those at V25 firms, how do you view your London office in terms of the quality of work we get and overall importance to the firm? Like is there a perception of us being a step down or ancillary to the big leagues of NYC or not? There’s generally a perception here that L&W and K&E are the only US firms where London can even begin to compete with stateside in terms of generating l work organically but would be interesting to know what you all think?
