Received an offer yesterday and was not offered sign on bonus, however I just remember I need to pay back a portion of my EY sign on bonus...Is it too late to bring it up and ask for a sign on bonus now?

I have switched from 12 LPA to 26 LPA on feb 2022 as my first switch with IC role as ETL developer . Now looking for data architect role. Then after hearing my expectation as 40% hike they are telling will try to get you then they just put in wait.can anyone give me advice….?

Curious as to how many deals at once is typical for a first year associate to take on (M&A, mostly private equity clients).
