Hi all, I am trying for role - Customer Engineer GCP. I have 5 years exp in (GCP cloud predominant for 3 years now) DevOps field in Financial Services area including FinTech (Fidelity Investments), Bank (HSBC) & Insurance(CNA Insurance - currently working). Also have a Masters in MIS. I have got & cleared calls from AWS for AWS Developer, Architect roles & failed on-site FB Production Engineer role interview. Hi! I’m a young professional with less than 2 years experience, started a new job 1.5 months ago. I’m having quite some difficulties on balancing out my response time to tasks. While I act incredibly fast if not immediately with some, I sometimes take 1-2 weeks with couple of hours worthy ones. Sometimes I ignore, procrastinate or simply other more urgent things come up to increase the delay. Also I work with 3 managers in my team which doesn’t help with expectations nor guidance.
