How do you all deal with the guilt of leaving a comany/ team? I have been working at Microsoft for 1 year now, and seriously considering moving. I find the code base to be very legacy and I mostly work on obscure bugs that I spend so much time on, mostly due to navigating this large code base and not having much docs to refer to. Hence I find the job slightly unsatisfying, and that I could learn more elsewhere. However, I love the wlb, the team and company culture. The guilt stops my applying.
Anyone have experience working CWX side of Facebook (Meta) ? These are the full time contract roles that potentially turn into permanent roles directly with Facebook (Meta). Had a recruiter reach out and offering me comparable TC and such, just curious if anyone has experience in these roles and success/failure of transitioning into permanent role. Thanks in advance!

I've mostly encountered easy and mediums during interviews
Same here. Only easy and mediums.
For my Amazon interview, I think I got 2 mediums and I definitely got 1 hard. I’d say mediums are the most common for companies like Amazon with some hards thrown in.
Solely depends on the role and the company. Also, top tier also includes good startups now which do ask hard questions. If you talk about FAANG, it is mostly medium+hard.
I’d recommend to focus on med level questions as they tend to at least be what FAANG companies give
Medium is what I'd focus on spending most of my time on. Hard questions do come, it depends on your interviewer. And more senior roles will definitely have LC hard
Facebook - 1 med, 1 hard. Amazon - 2 med, 2 hard. Google - 2 hard.
