What happens to the older versions of your resume when you apply multiple times to the same company? For instance, if you’ve applied to Deloitte several times over the past few years and updated your resume each time, what happens to the earlier versions stored in their applicant tracking system (ATS)? Do they remain in the system but become hidden, or can recruiters only access the most recent version you submitted?
