Joined Ericsson a year ago. Learned new things but not enough. Thinking of leaving it and join some other org. What do you think? I wanted some on-site opportunities but so far nothing.
I know the raise will be in between 5-10%. But the part I missed the most is learning. I can use their portal but that is all theory and can’t do much if they don’t provide the time for it .

I have an offer from Ericsson as DevOps Architect on J-6 band. Also have another offer from Another org. I heard the work EGIL does in DevOps front os of pretty low end jobs and have their own tool. Can anyone enlighten me on the nature and scope of the DevOps work in Ericsson
