Right there with you OP because I dread the morning huddles too. Not because they are bad or anything but sometimes it just feels like we are talking about the same thing at every morning huddle lol. I just feel like that is time I could use doing something else.

Feels good to not be alone in this. For a minute we tried to skip huddles altogether but then some said they were missing out on daily happenings… even though they were never being discussed from the first place
Do you feel like because they happen daily that is the problem? For me, it’s not something I can get out of but I really dread having to map out and plan my day. It’s really just because it feels like such a huge task (it’s really not) but once I’m done it makes for me to have a decent day.

I love mapping out my day, but we don't even talk about what our day looks like at huddle! It is all pointless small talk or random Q’s that take away from the whole point and last the whole huddle. It would be nice to go to a M/W/F huddle but there’s different ppl working everyday so it wouldn't be “fair” to not give everyone a crack at it.
