Read that McK is paying 2K higher than BCG this year which means BCG will probably raise again next year to at least match. However, they can’t just copy McK with 2K to match because that would look bad so they’ll have to beat it again. Then McK and Bain will follow. I had a quick question

Had a call with audit leaders last week and were told that they haven't finalized the office building and they will get possession of the new building in Pune only by Jan 2023.

Currently they just have the ITS with the seating capacity of 30 people.

Now for audit they want us to go to office 2 days every week. How are we supposed to do that when they don't even have an office? But they are still adamant to get us back to office location by June 1.
