What is the salary range, bonus and LTI like at Bristol Myers Squibb for an Associate Director for IT for a niche domain? MA or Northeast US. More interest in the bonus/LTI bands.

Yeah.
When you start getting to $200k as a base, you’re in D1 territory.
That is definitely on the high end.
High end. 185-200, 20% and 25-30k. How niche are you talking about? There will be people willing to join at180 range in current market.
Not sure what a niche domain is...but I was offered $190k back in 2023. I think 18% bonus and $22k guaranteed LTI.
I’m a director and that’s just a little under what I make lol. I’m new and low in range though.
I have ADs that report to me. most Range between 170-190+. 25k LTI and around 18% bonus
Thank you all!
My role has many titles everywhere but let us say very niche and too small of an industry to be descriptive here - intersection of scientific discovery and technology.
I have had D1 responsibilities after a few months and added scope on my own with a large cost center and projects in the Ms. My org level peers are mostly D’s, some with less responsibilities. There have been many valid reasons to postpone moving up from AD/D but with newer leadership - things are starting to becoming an impossibility. Maybe I worked too hard when told the metric to move up is additional scope? Who knows. After a few years, it is time to have a concrete back up plan.
The conversations to be had are now sounding like well-worded misdirections where even my manager does not seem to believe in their message. I am lucky to have a manager with so much candor. In this case, not in a position to be candid which I appreciate but we know when we are BSing and acting our roles out.
I am seeing a lot more AD positions open with functions with not D’s where I could have the most impact. With a smaller industry, networking shows no D’s in the org, all reporting to a Sr D or VP - all very efficient teams.
I appreciate the replies! It helps to level set my expectations in current market and make decisions.
