Received an offer for equity research and IB, both in toronto. ER paying $120k base and my understanding is that bonus can be around 25-30%. IB is paying $105k base but likely higher bonus? Which one would u choose if you think you would be good at both

The catch is I would no longer be doing corp dev, just FP&A. My goal is eventually to crack into ib, do you think I should take the job and the pay bump or stay at my current role and try to lateral in to ib.
