I just completed my Hr round and the HR has shared a link and asked me to apply in that JD. The problem is, at the beginning she said that the recruitment is for the VP role, while giving the interview she said it is AVP/Lead role. Now in the shared JD I can see it is written SE3 and the HR is saying that SE3 is AVP in JP Morgan and I will become VP in 1-2 years. Strange 🤔 YoE 9

What does it mean if there’s a NEP at the firm who’s been there for a long time (20+ years), but never got promoted to EP? Never held leadership roles too. Does it usually mean EPs does not like the NEP enough to get promoted?

Help,I started a new career n the events industry and I think I have to quit! The person I report to is so disorganized and there are no other managers in the office to direct day to day operations of our department. On day 2 I was asked to go to a job site and perform a 12 hour day without any training, safety equipment or tools. On day 3 I was asked back to site to do general labor! I ended cutting my hand on an exacto knife and there was no first aid! Is this normal?
