I’m currently working at a Series B startup and my end goal has always been to found my own startup, but I graduated from college 2.5 years ago and I still have not had any great ideas cross my mind. I do spend a fair amount of time brainstorming. I don’t want to continue working here forever, but I’m struggling to generate that “this is it” idea to build a company for. Any advice?

Curious what’s a fair salary in MA? Was just told that there is likely not going to be a chance for a raise during my upcoming performance review due to my salary already being “above average for the industry” based on my employer’s questionable research. I lived in tampa in my early 20s and am now in my late 30s and looking to move back. One of the reason I left is because I felt I had too much energy for the city for a single young professional, but now husband is from there and we have a kid but we are both social people. Do you guys find it easy to meet interesting people and has the city gotten any more fun?
