Can someone kindly connect me with Investment Banking HR/Recruiter/anyone willing to help? My friend interviewed for Goldman Sachs NY. Cleared the HireVue but didn’t get any communication further. It’s been 4 weeks now. Although the referral came from a VO but the division is different. My friend is looking for Investment Banking division. Need to get in touch with someone from investment banking to push the resume. The rolling process is hurting the chances.Thank you Goldman Sachs

Hi everyone,
I have a total 9+ work ex in Devops and Release Management. Did an executive mba with a goal of breaking into Program management but got recruited into Management Consulting . In this company for the past 3 months.
I feel that my overall skills are better off in a TPM/Program Management role.
My overall experience makes me eligible for most PM roles.
My question is how do I prep for a TPM role since I don’t have development or Scrum Master exposure. Amazon India VMware BrowserStack Inc.

IMHO, you will always earn more being a dev.
If you really have interest on the scrum/ agile part, you should also see what growth path it can offer and broaden your scope.
Eg. Scrum Master, Program Manager, portfolio manager, project manager.
Certifications may help getting attention, but you have to solve real problems to get a better grip.
If possible you can volunteer for the same role in your current org, along with your current role. Get the experience and portray it in your profile
Going further in career path
I had a high interest in program/ product management career paths
Not sure in terms of reaching senior positions and exposure if Developer will still have that visibility!
As this thread also solves a purpose to understand to understand program / project management as a career
Curious to know is dev still the better one ?
