Anyone in FAANG cyber willing to refer?
I tend to overwork myself and it’s really taking a toll on my mental well-being. I want to learn a lot and prove myself to my superiors so that they recognize me/see value. Now my work has a sense of dread to it. I watched my parents be workaholics growing up, so it’s all I know. I’m also goal-oriented and driven, so achieving a lot scratches that itch for me. But, it’s making me want to quit cause I’m burned out and depressed….im not sure what to do. Any suggestions would be helpful.
CRED Vs Razorpay offer evaluation
I Received offers from Razorpay and CRED for a product role.
Razorpay: 50 LPA fixed + 45 Lakhs ESOPs.
CRED: 60 LPA fixed + 75 Lakhs ESOPs
What should I decide between CRED and Razorpay?
How are appraisals at Razorpay? What's the average hike percentage? Can we ask for more ESOPS during the appraisal before vesting the current ESOPs?
YOE: 6 Current Current CTC: 35 Fixed.

250K+ would be ideal, but given the market right now Tech in general is downleveling, so will likely go lower.
What was the L6 role and your prior yoe?
Honestly, feels like a numbers game right now. Never got a call back from places I had a referral and surprisingly did hear from 2 places where I had no referral. I think just keep applying - McK brand will help for sure, so you should start hearing back in 3-4 weeks once you aggressively start applying. I think the other thing is once you are super active on LinkedIn for a couple weeks, the algo also starts bumping you up to potential recruiters, so might get lucky with some inbound.
In terms of roles, McK experience is a natural fit for Corp Strat / Strat Ops roles, so you should def get more traction there. Pivot to product right now is hard, esp if you don’t have solid prior PM experience.
Anything is fine - basically the time you are spending on the platform, which would naturally include scrolling through jobs, applying etc.
