Hey Guys,
I got a call from Infosys HR on 16-September-2022 that I have been successfully selected for the job position of Test Analyst at Infosys, as per our conversation I have to receive an offer letter within 15 days, but I haven’t received it till now.
Now They have sent a mail that your Candidature is on hold. Is this happened with anyone else also.
Please do suggest on this guys.

The more the better, but even 3-4 months of a real project gives you experience over entry level theoretically.
Now, what recruiters consider experience is at least 2 years.
Okay! Definitely would be targeting entry level but this is good to hear, I’ve previously heard minimum was 2 years but this is reassuring!
How much experience do you have? If you’re applying to entry level positions, it shouldn’t matter too much.
I’ve heard of people getting jobs with 8 months of experience in some cases, but I’d say 1 year is safe enough
That makes sense - I find it’s a lot easier to get people to seriously consider me if I’m able to talk to a recruiter in person. Is your school having any job fairs? Also, have you been applying through referrals?
It might be worth the (small) investment to have your resume professionally optimized. You should be able to find an expert on Upwork who can do this for a reasonable rate.
Yeah I realize the resume screen is my worst stage, I typically do okay in interviews so seems like it’s the step to improve, thank you!
