Recruiters are still reaching out to me for job opportunities so if your skills and experience are valued by employers, then opportunities will definitely come to you. For the very popular/high-paying companies (e.g. MANGA), you would most probably have to apply online to submit your application.
I always apply directly on the company website, usually through the LinkedIn job posting.
Then a recruiter from the company will contact you.
I don’t work with third party recruiters at all anymore. Only direct recruiters from the job company.
Both! I was looking for jobs on LinkedIn, Glassdoor, indeed and company websites. I put “open to work” visible to recruiters on my linked in, and then recruiters started reaching out a bunch. The job I got was from applying directly on a company website.
I had a recruiter reach out to me. I was also applying for positions that seemed interesting.
Yup, both. Linked In and Dice. Ultimately landed in Google through a friend of a friend that was recruiter, but still get recruiters reaching out everyday.
