What would you say is the state of the job market right now.. slow/no hiring or active? I'm spending a lot of energy and time on getting interviews and finding a job because my current part-time isn't going to be able to sustain me at all. I've had no luck at all with finding one and I need to figure out a smarter way to approach this. Any advice?

Hi-I have 120K in cash in HYSA. After keeping emergency fund aside. Still have 75-80K available that I plan to invest. After 401k, HSA, IRA and monthly expenses: we are left with 6K every month. So investing 12K every month in market. My worry is with that rate - it will take us 12-14 months to move the extra 75-80K mentioned above. However do not want to make a bulk move.
