What's a good salary raise/percentage from a senior associate to an audit manager?

I've recently been offered this promotion, had good results with my firm, and obtained my CPA. The offer was around an 11-12% increase in MCOL, which brings me below $110k. Would it be worth discussing a possible increase to around 15%? I feel like this would be the best time to advocate for an increase in my career.

As a high performer, my starting salary was $110k 2 years ago when I made manager (MCOL). I know others that made manager a year ago and they make around 104-105

11-12% seems fair.

I’ve heard it’s important to include metrics on your resume. Being in Account Management do you see value and include campaign performance for projects you managed that were successful that your proud of on your resume?
