This is my first job in a large corporate company, and I’m trying to gauge how long it normally takes to move from entry level to another internal position in the insurance industry. I am a top performer, with great metrics, and I have some wonderful connections I’ve made who support me. I just can’t seem to move up. How long did it take you to move up? I have recived offer letter from Mindtree 4 days back, HR mentioned in mail that I will receive mail with subject line "Welcome to Mindtree! ..." Asking for pre on boarding document
I have not received that mail yet, how long it will take
I have received the digi verification link and I have completed it.

Hey guys partner kinda said something during a meeting and I low key lost it during the meeting, we kinda cooled it out. But what are somethings I can tell leadership to do better for black or people of different cultures, I actually think partners should go to some of these meetings we have.

How far into your career did it take before working at a place that had black people in leadership positions? I have yet and it's making it hard on me to seek out mentors or even friends
