I have been getting some DIY craft kits. Paint by numbers, cross stitch, origami. I like those because I’m not investing a ton into supplies, and it’s something different to focus my mind on.

As it’s been getting colder I’ve been dabbling in soups. This is a brie and mushroom soup paired with balsamic onion & mushroom toast. It was super tasty and really hit the spot. It can also be used in place of cream of mushroom from a can in recipes if you’re looking for a different taste.
