As someone who went there to take a bit of a break...that place is crazy. So glad I Ieft. There are zero pros, operations are a hot mess, and they have disenfranchised those that would have died for them.

That said, there were so many bad consultants there that should have been fired years ago. I was literally interviewing the junior all the way through senior staff members before I let them anywhere near an account I brought in.

A third of us in leadership about 1.5 years ago told the executive team that they should bring in an external COO and instead, they promoted one of the very problematic men that was friends with Brad. You couldn't pay me enough to go back.

Surprised they are still a thing? Not sure how low pay and local market construct works in the virtual / hybrid world. I thought they almost collapsed a few years ago.

Yes we are restructuring so our Global team folks are more integrated with local teams and culture. I'm surprised at the shade here. My experiences working with Slalom have been pretty awesome. Smart and capable teams who deliver above expectations and don't leave me drowning in work to make the project successful.

Also, Principals aren't Partner level at Slalom...they are engagement manager level...do we have an imposter???

With P1. Wasn’t the whole point of slalom to sacrifice career and wealth ambitions in exchange for getting off the road? That was the value prop. Why would anyone go into staff aug otherwise?
