I've been told I have a sweet deal considering I get to live in the hotel, and any time I ask for a bonus or raise, I get reminded of this 'sweet deal'. An agency I freelance for wants to hire me full-time. They told me for a Sr Copywriter, 100-110k. I countered with 125-150.

I also said I'm interested in a higher-level title - I currently freelance as a Creative Director of Copy elsewhere (they don't have that title at this agency.)

They came back and said yes to the title and to 125, with a 6 month review that could raise it to 145.

Which is good for Sr Copy, but low for CD/ACD level. Don't want to screw myself over. What to say now?

Hi, weird question for this forum, so I apologize. I’m trying to be creative here and use the tv stand that I have. The issue is that it has an open back so you can see all my tv wires. I can’t hide the wires because my building won’t let me open the wall. My idea was to slip a tile sheet that is wall behind the tv stand as a back, but I need the tile cut to the specific heigh and width of the tv stand. Does anyone know where I can take this tile sheet to get cut to the specific measurements?
