I had one of those VERY nonproductive days today. I think I accomplished maybe an hour of billable work, even though I had a bunch of stuff to do. I just came off a 300 hour month, and unexpectedly got a continuance on a deadline on Wednesday, and it’s like all of my motivation leeched out of me at once.

My joining date is coming closer, however education background checks are still processing ( international degrees) . My onboarding coordinator told me that I can still join even if education check is still in progress, provided there wont be any flags. I don’t see any issue with my degrees and have done same with my past companies.
Anyone experienced this ? Any problem joining while check is processing ?

About to get promoted at PwC from Associate to Senior Associate (mgmt consulting). I interviewed at Deloitte for a Consultant position, but they’re potentially giving me an offer for BA. I’d essentially be holding out on the promo until next promo cycle. Usually, I’d understand hiring at a level below for higher levels but I feel like doing a 3rd year as a junior might not be the best decision. Should I push HR for Consultant level? I haven’t gotten the official offer letter yet, just verbal.

When does HSA contributions show up in BOA account? I’m seeing HSA contribution deducted from my paycheck but nothing on BOA account.. had three paychecks so far. Also, does Deloitte deposit a one time firm contribution to HSA account?

What’s the salary for experienced analyst in the Deloitte digital group in Chicago?
