I joined KGS in feb 2022, we recently got a mail regarding timeline of appraisal and bonus payout from the partner. My reporting manager hasn't yet reached out to me regarding goal setting, not sure if that happens here. Can you pls help me to know what all things we need to do from our end for the appraisal cycle and bonus payout? Since I'm new to this company KPMG KPMG India

Depends, I have a hornet rt lease for $170/months all in, which is cheaper than owning a used car.
Of course I’m not buying the car, but you must understand that it’s cheaper than buying a car. Look up your current car on KBB then look up the same car 1 year older with 10,000 more miles. The drop in value will likely be over $2000, or about $170/mo. I don’t need to pay extra tax, buy tires, maintenance, pay interest on a loan, etc.
Cost-effective? Buy a used Toyota. You don't need a warranty.
I just ordered a 2026 911 Carrera 4 GTS… it will be here around Christmas… I’m so excited…😆
I’m in a similar situation. I like nice cars but want to keep cost efficient. I might go with a CPO car if I need to get one.
Cash is actually not a plus when buying a car. The dealers get kickbacks on your financing so they usually offer an additional incentive for financing.
This. The move is to take advantage of dealer financing incentives and then just pay the loan off in full
Leasing isn’t for everyone, ownership isn’t for everyone… if you drive <10,000 miles a year, your can lease short term, then buy the car out, if you want to conserve cash… that’s what I typically do… then I end up keeping the car for 7 years or so… I drive BMW for everyday drivers, so the sweet spot to sell them and replace is at 7 & 70,000…
If you drive >15,000/year your better off with a Toyota or Honda, own long term, you can get 125K-150K miles out of them easily…
