Recently 1 of my clients initiated open PTO policy. The transition from set leave balance to open was smooth process. However we are running into dilemma of how we standardize different types of leaves and whether there will be a limitation to how much open PTO is used at one time. For leisure, we just limit taking two weeks max at one time. However if we have volunteer policy or bereavement policy how should we standardize it? If EE is out for longterm sick, how do we standardize time paid?

I have done 4 switches and now planning to do 5gh switch......but my multiple switch is somewhat giving bad impression to recruited.......so my question is Can I replace multiple experiences with one fake experience letter of six years....I can try from few of my friends who are running startups.....

Does anyone else’s company do “secondments”? I was asked to “look into” this? Someone who is a non attorney executive had a great idea they could save money and have outside counsel “at their disposal” 24/7 and on-site? Is that how this works? I know we spend a lot of $ on outside counsel but I don’t see how one of them having an office on-site adds much value? Maybe it’s a good thing. I am supposed to “report back.” Are they a joint employee? I was asked to advise “what this will look like.”

I ordered a Tesla model 3 SR in April and I am able to take delivery this weekend, however I’m now unsure of whether it’s the right move financially. I have a lease on a 2020 BMW X3 that will end next month and was wondering if I should just buy that out and drive it for a few years. If it makes a difference I’m in SoCal so gas is $$$, but no EV charging in my apartment.

Tesla: $830/month + charging and insurance
BMW: $600/m + $150 gas + maint/insurance

Any thoughts? Is the Tesla worth it?

Current expenses are around $2500 per month including $900 towards retirement savings, so I’m left with around $1500 for going out to bars, eating out, and all stuff.
