4. Smc squared 26 lpa fix + 1jb - technical lead
5. Schneider electric ( in pipeline) for staff engineer
Which ones to choose according to wlb, job security and new learning

What is the bonus range for AD?
Is it a fixed amount or percentage of ctc, and if so what percentage
For AD, max 55 lpa. For DI it is 60+ lpa
Even for people moving from CS? I think i quoted a lot less while interviewing. I’ll try to counter in next discussion
Ideally an AD should be around 45 to 50 LPA with around 9 to 11 years experience. Anyone with higher experience could have more and less for less experience.
Anything that is not matching these figures means you have not been given enough or you negotiate very well
We have hired external people as AD with 9 to 11 YOE with these CTCs.
Okay this range is something that i fall into. Only catch is i think ranges were different couple of years ago during the post covid boom
It does not go that way, max limit doesnot mean that all ADs will get that. There are a number of people who have different CTCs and YOE, it all depends on your CCTC and YOE. A 15 years exp person is eligible for AD but he wont get 55 LPA if his current is less than 25.
