5 months into my first job. Been given a lot of responsibilities here. Rose from intern, to Jr, to Jr with actual responsibilities leading pitches and overseeing production and all that stuff that I didn't think I'd ever get to do in my first year. I like my CD a lot, they're awesome and a real mentor. Most coworkers are pretty meh but I like some of them. Salary is awful. I've received an offer from a competing agency here... It would triple my current salary. I'm not sure... What to do...

I bought a VERY expensive flight yesterday without even considering how I could have used my miles. Turns out I could have traded my Marriott points for miles and ended up with like 50k miles for British airways. Ive never used miles so I’m not sure what this ends up being when paying with them. Anything I can do? Or just remember next time 🥴

Feel like I have a strong and proven history of founding/leading/driving student organizations (HS/UG), initiatives and project teams, and at this point, it comes fairly naturally. However, I want to pursue an MBA to learn how to think and execute strategically. To ultimately combine my ability to launch and drive with a strategic/growth mindset. Is this a legitimate foundation for an AdCom story? Cont.

I was recently put on a 30day plan, busted my ass on it and was let go during covid. I’m beyond hurt and I feel very targeted and it never felt fair. What else could I do? I’m embarrassed and I recently came across one of the women who never liked me on social media and all the feels felt fresh again.

After being told you will be laid off in 2 weeks time if you can't find a new team in your firm, would you rather look for jobs outside the firm or would you accept if another team in your firm asks..

Advice needed! 🤚🏽 I work full time in NYC, have just been promoted to senior, completed two exams, and have to pass both FAR and BEC before my first exam credit expires on 12/31/20. How reasonable is it to assume I can pass the two exams by then? Especially considering full time work, new position, disruption in the exam process because of the pandemic, and other responsibilities. Also, I have other business opportunities I want to pursue. This is definitely weighting in on my decision.
