The JB related details are not mentioned in the offer letter and when I tried calling my HR he is neither picking up the call nor replying to my email. I have an offer from HCL and TCS Noida and KPMG Pune. Offer from KPMG being a slightly higher package. Pune is far from my hometown and Noida is Close. Can you please suggest will KPMG be worth joining as a cloud and DevOps Engineer ? Is there a chance of relocation later since now there was an opening just for the Pune location?

Any tips on how to improve lining thickness? My RE had me on Estrace for a week before starting Prometrium (vaginally) a few days ago, but my lining is only a little above 5mm.
