I’ve had numerous stints there over the years and can confidently say the recently inept recruiting and slow internal processes aren’t doing them any favors.

I hope it improves because it is such a huge network and should be full of opportunities. But right now it’s far from setting anyone up for success.

There are hundreds of people there, so it depends on where you end up. Other than that it’s like a lot of places — there are some good people and clients, and some not so good ones, and the timesheet system is an immense pain in the butt.
