TCS is the worst company one can be in.
Cheap mindset management cares more about timesheet, wfo, forceful mandatory trainings, imposing strict restrictions on laptop, access to personal docs only via vpn,no employee well being no salary hikes nth at all.90% projects filled with freshers coz they cost less.No WLB for good dedicated hard working employees as they are punished with more and more work, leaves rewards mostly for people who don’t work. But no issues kyunki job security hai 😂

Much better. Less restrictions, more autonomy, and similar projects and teams. Also Accenture seems to be much stronger in the AI space.
EY is also broke, barely any raises and bonuses
Amazing if you like lower pay, more offshoring, and no bonuses/pay increases
That’s precisely what we have going on at EY right now
I’ll bite. I work at Accenture now and sort of miss working at a Big 4. There’s a little more “prestige” working at a place like EY vs Accenture. That comes from the sort of projects sold by each firm - Accenture has a lot more offshoring and less interesting work sold than EY does for example. However, that might not matter to you as much as the culture around charging hours? I’ve seen budgets blown up at Accenture from people charging extra hours to a code that I didn’t really see at EY. I think you work harder at a place like EY where you have a culture of “eating hours” vs. what I’ve seen here. I see project solutioned for realistic hours and realistic timelines with realistic budgets, versus at EY where everything is very much a skeleton crew worked extremely hard. Not to say you won’t work hard here, but I’ve found the culture more relaxed.
Less hours from what I’ve heard
Having worked at both, EY is much better for everything outside maybe tech consulting or offshoring
No EYP is known for 80+ hour work weeks
