I have been with the organization almost 6 years and have accomplished achievement of my MSL (Masters Strategic Leadership) and LOVE the organization…BUT…I am not having any success in moving into a new position…my interviews are great experiences but it seems to be a pattern of not being selected yet encouraged to continue applying…received information from a mentor/manager to ask for candid feedback…when is enough…ENOUGH??

Not a recruiter, but I am an ACD (copy) and resume is important to me. I want to see where you've been, how long you've been there for. What kinds of agencies you've been at (size, location, holding company, culture) would tell me whether you might have certain kinds of experience I'm looking for, which would not be reflected in just your work. Length of time would tell me whether I can expect you to want out a year later. Obviously not a guarantee but some people have never gone longer than 11 months at 5 agencies. The descriptions of roles/responsibilities are usually embellished but as a writer, I find I can get a decent amount of personality through your resume.
