Hi,
If I get referred at IBM, get a mail for details from the HR but do not reply as I currently don't want to switch because of some reasons, can I get referred again after say 3 months?
Asking cuz the profile blocks for an year after applying/getting referred at Accenture.
Please help with the answer.

Anyone not saying Seattle hasn’t experienced Seattle, a clear choice out or these 3 in my experience. Austin probably a close second.
However, you honestly cannot lose with any of them; all 3 have great tech scenes, amazing access to the outdoors, great food, and a little more laid back people.
Food scene: Seattle > Austin > Denver
(Swap Austin and Seattle if your prefer bbq over Asian cuisines)
Bar scene Austin >>> Seattle = Denver (Austin might have the best bar scene in the country)
Access to diverse outdoors: Seattle >> Austin = Denver (Sea you’re always 30-60-90 min away from lakes, skiing, a temperate rain forest, wine country, and a desert)
Weather: Seattle (if you preferred never to hot, never to cold, and can deal with 75% overcast but the most beautiful summers in the country — really) > Denver (Denver takes 1st if you want all 4 seasons > Austin (too hot and humid)
COL: Austin > Denver >>> Seattle
People: Austin > Denver > Seattle (not the friendliest city...)
I chose Austin seven years ago and have no regrets. It has been great for my whole family (spouse, high school age child, college age child, my mom and eventually my dad - they were divorced). Just bought a house in south Austin.
That said, I would likely chose Denver today. Austin heat is tough. Denver’s weather is very nice. It’s proximity to the West and Northwest is very attractive.
Denver by far. There is truly nothing like It. Fresh air, people are amazing, the city is flourishing like crazy, fantastic micro-brew scene, all 4 seasons. You can do anything and everything in Denver or an hour away from Denver (for those who enjoy the mountain scene like me). I plan to move there one day myself. Best of luck, OP!
Denver, unless you like hot weather a lot more than cold. Seattle is much more expensive and its housing market is at a peak right now, increasing the cost of arriving now.
All good choices. But for ease of travel, would rank Denver best. Austin is not a hub, and Seattle is tough for east travel
Austin. The summer is tough but the food is great and the rest of the year is beautiful
I’m asking myself the same thing...
Denver
Seattle. I’m in Denver and the exit opps are rough for over $120k
Denver
Denver is great for consulting, but agree w/P4 exit opps are terrible
Austin or Seattle
Denver or Seattle
What do you like to do? Are you ok with a lot of rain? Do you like 4 seasons. Do you not want to pay state income tax? So many factors.
Seattle
Austin. But I love and need the heat. Denver is gorgeous though. I’m just not down for cool/cold that much of the year.
If not for the summer, austin is prettygood. The only thing I do miss are the 4 seasons. Fall here has no feeling but love the food and party scene.
Interesting about the Denver exit opps, hadn't considered that.
I chose Detroit and would chose it again.
