Disney Streaming Services I completed my interview process with DSS early last week, and was reached out by recruiter that all rounds were strong hires, and they are extending an offer. We set a time to talk on Friday about the offer. However, the announcement of targeted hiring freeze happened on Friday. I was ghosted with no call. What should I expect now? Would I still have chance to be offered?

Talking about your utilization during an interview would be the most Deloitte thing ever to do.

Ignore what everyone else has said, they're laughably outdated in their thinking. Utilization should absolutely go in your resume if you're over 120%, preferably in the same line as your firm and title (e.g. "Deloitte Consulting - Business Technology Analyst - 125% utilization").
Utilization is the primary metric we hiring managers look at, so it's the only way to get my attention when I'm sifting through a stack of 300 resumes.

MD1 needs to know if you’ll sell your soul to him/her
Over 100% if you're going to bring it up. Also, I would focus on what you did to get such a high utilization - e.g. extra trainings or learings you proactively took to land engagements...moreover, utilization should only be a talking point at consultant or Sr. Consultant levels. Above those sales, leadership, revenue managed should be your talking points.
If your short staffed and work across multiple projects you can easily be over 100%. I would never talk about it but it really has nothing to do with managing it’s more a product of the teams bandwidth and capabilities. To add if you have inexperienced work force and need to train as part of delegation that is another factor your not considering.

At Deloitte, you just need to hit the minimum required - anything over 100% will probably get you dinged in a negative way

You deserve to be in consulting. God tier mate
Every company measures utilization differently
No, leave it off your CV.
Can someone help define utilization
If you list Deloitte as your employer, everyone know your utilization will be 100+. List your utilization, only if it is > 200%.
Also list the number of applause awards😜
Should i list # of gold stars as well ?
I have never discussed utilization in interviews nor have I ever been asked
Over 9000
Yea, include your pets name as well in your resume.
Make sure to post your utilization on LinkedIn, giving your coach and resource manager a shoutout since you couldn’t have achieved something so great without them.
