What's wrong with HCL hr she sent offer letter mentioned joining date as NOVEMBER 28, I mentioned that it's 90 days notice period for me, but still she sent offer letter with out discussion with me om joining date.

I sent email asking her to change the joining date to 6 Feb 2025 but still no response

I got an offer from hcl and they are offering very less hike on my current CTC around 20% even fixed part is less than my current fixed amount.

I reverted asking them to provide 40% hike on my cctc or 20% hike on fixed cctc and wfh option.
It's been six days no reply from HR.

Can any one let me know if any of option open for me or is it over?
