About to head to the HC for a role in ProdOps and Strategy in Mountain View. 4 YoE at MBB, no competing offers. Recruiter gave me a form that asks expected comp.
Levels.fyi has only PM salaries. I haven’t been told the level but expect it to be L4.
What total comp would you expect for this role? Any advice would be super helpful, as I’m a bit lost.

Honestly, I think about how bad the job market is and that does it for me. I do politely check in if I don't hear back in several weeks though. It helps to know you are still being considered.
I think in this job market, I am not really in a place to turn down any opportunities for interviews so I'm probably saying yes as long as they want to keep interviewing me. That being said, if there are other red flags, I might dip.
Ride it out if it is not negatively impacting your mental or financial health. I would not hold my breath or make sacrifices in anticipation. I'll respond and be around, but they are not a priority whatsoever
It’s seems normal for a hiring process goes longer than expected, it could be due internal factors which you wouldn’t know. Just keep it open and also applying others
I would view that as a red flag, but yeah it depends what your other options are and how bad you need the job. If they weren’t clear from the outset what all the steps were (I always ask at the initial screener interview), I think it’s fine to check with the screener and politely ask what all the next steps are and what the timeline is.
