When HR clearly sides with management — no matter what happens — where do employees go for support? I’ve seen people break down crying in the bathroom because they know complaints won’t change anything.

HR is there to protect the company

Yes, pretty much always. The company pays their salary. Why would they pay a team to work against them? Would make no sense.

You take medical leave and work with a great therapist, and/or find a plaintiff-side employment attorney to help you plan your exit. Don’t quit until you consult with an attorney, because you have more legal rights as an employee.

Labor unions. Oh wait, those were the bogeyman, so we got rid of them as much as possible starting about 45 years ago.

Not in Michigan lol

I had this at a previous company, unfortunately people just had to leave because the HR was so toxic. If it gets real bad a union can help though.

Hello All,

I bought CER006 on Nov 21 with my current company email id and completed one certification. I am leaving my current organization and I still have 9+ months time left for CER006. My company says the s user id provided by them will get de-activated once I leave (in a week). I have not claimed the amount also. Is there any way I can transfer the certification to my personal email I'd so that I can write other exams in time left?

I’m going to be going luxury handbag and shoe shopping in Paris and looking to spend around $10K total. What are some classic things you recommend I consider? I am looking at YSL, Dior lady bag, Ferragamo loafers, etc. I want classic items that will never go out of style and are worth the cost
