When I apply for a job on HSBC website, after a few days I get mail saying 'Unfortunately we have selected...'

For same job ids I get reached by recruiters for i have been rejected for without even taking an assessment.

Its been 12-13 months I have been trying.

Sometimes hiring managar claim I am not handson even though I request them to take my coding round in person or on teams. Other times recruiter says give assessment by EOD and next day position gets cancelled.
