How much do you share with your coworkers? I never really share much of my personal life with coworkers, but my team shares a lot about themselves & their family. I usually ask about their lives, deflecting the question. Is this weird? Am I being too cautious?

The EY partner from country x is very interested in having me join their team but not sure about my GDS partner because they will be losing billing and may not like it. Hello why do dogs hate getting their nails cut? Am I hurting my dog?

Has anyone ever done aggression training for their dog? Met with a trainer who basically wants us to either keep our dog crated or on a leash at all times and said no pets or play time for now. Our dog has been acting out ever since we brought home our newborn and also bit our groomer. Trainer has me terrified that the dog will hurt the baby but my heart is breaking that I can’t give any “love” to my dog right now. Any similar experiences or thoughts?
