Hi folks
I wanted a suggestion from you all guys, I have given interview of PS and got a call for offer after interview and I denied the offer as I have received an offer from some other company, I denied coz I was not doing offer shopping or piling offers, he tried to convince me and when I didn't get convinced he said to blacklist me from PS. What to do?

I've never taken this step before, but I've definitely felt close. The only reason I didn't was because I wasn't sure how understanding my company at the time would have been about the decision. At my current employer, I think I would be able to step away for a few weeks if I really needed it. I'm sorry you're feeling so burnt out, I hope your employer will support you through this.
I took one after my sister passed away in an accident. It hit me harder than anything else I've experienced. Nothing else existed for me but my grief, and the last thing I needed was to show up at work.
You can reach out to your manager (depending on your relationship) and share that you need a month break to focus on some personal issues. I took a month break last year because I had tried to put in my notice and that was the bargain we were able to strike. I still ended up quitting because I couldn’t see a future there.
I suggest you visit a psychiatrist to see if you’re eligible for short term disability (often paid for by the company) due to stress/mental health concerns. This is a cost that we are required to pay already from our paychecks, so you may as well take advantage of the benefit.

I was thinking about taking a leave but I don’t see the point of it if I don’t plan to stay
Me personally I think the decision to take a leave of absence would depend on a few factors. First and foremost, it would be about recognizing when I'm reaching that breaking point and acknowledging that I need some time away to recharge and refocus. Then there's the practical side of things to consider. Like whether my company has a policy in place for leaves of absence, how it might impact my workload and team dynamics, and whether I have the support systems in place to make it work. But ultimately I think it's about listening to your gut and prioritizing your own well being.
